Bid Proposals for the Christ Church
Bid Proposals for the Christ Church – 620 South Central Avenue
Project Number: 08-CC-04-01

The City of Hapeville will be accepting bid proposals for repairs being made to the Christ Church located at 620 South Central Avenue. Proposals packets can be picked up from the Community Services Department, e-mailed, faxed or downloaded from www.hapeville.org. Your proposals must be turned in to the Community Services Department by 10:00am on Friday, May 23, 2008 at which time they will be read aloud. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. If you should have any questions, please contact Chuck Clanton, Facilities Supervisor, at 404-669-2110 or cclanton@hapeville.org.

Hapeville Considers New Accessory Structure and Fence Ordinance
The modified ordinance is intended to address deficiencies in the current accessory structures and fences ordinance - Section 93-2-5. the new ordinance will better regulate how accessory buildings are used in order to prevent potential zoning violations, and to ensure that accessory buildings and uses to not have an adverse impact on surrounding properties and on the community.
