The City will host the annual Memorial Day Service at the Hoyt Smith Center. Please join us on Monday to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the United States Military. The service will be held at 10 a.m. at the Hoyt Smith Center, located at 3444 N. Fulton Ave., Hapeville, GA 30354.
