We are looking for anyone in the Tri-Cities area 16 years of age or older to submit a design for this contest. The Design for the 2012 Hapeville Happy Days Festival T-Shirt should reflect the spirit of the community. The winner will be announced at the festival kick-off concert on Friday, September 14th and recognized on Saturday, September 15th during the festival.
