The City of Hapeville Police Department is excepting bids to maintain abated properties throughout the City of Hapeville. The scope of work required is general yard and lawn maintenance, to include; mowing lawn, trimming shrubs, raking, blowing and clearing debris as needed to keep abated properties in compliance with International Property Maintenance.
Interested applicants must have a valid business license and maintain minimum insurance coverage to include but not limited to;
1. $1,000,000 General Liability Coverage for property, bodily injury and personal Liability.
2. $1,000,000 Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance.
3. $1,000,000 Workers Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance
