Chief Richard M. Glavosek would like to welcome you to the The City of Hapeville Police Department website.Chief Glavosek was appointed to serve this city as Chief of Police by Mayor and Council at the City Council Meeting held on June 5, 2007.We are dedicated to providing outstanding professional services and to the responsibility of serving and protecting all who live, work and travel through our City.

As a progressive department, we are responsive to social, geographical and economical changes within our community. We recognize the value of cultural diversity and will treat each person with courtesy, respect and dignity as we work to reduce crime and create a safe environment.
