Hapeville Spring into Health Fair & Opening Day: On April 13th,  we kick off the morning with theExchange Club 5K that begins from the Hoyt Smith Center at 9 a.m. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. OurHealth Fair will be at the Hoyt Smith Center from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. We invite health related vendors to email if you would like to participate. Our Community Parade begins at 11 a.m. off Clair Drive and will end at the Hoyt Smith Center. Opening games and ceremonies for baseball, Softball,  T-Ball & Soccer  will take place by the baseball fields off Claire Drive from 12 p.m. –5 p.m.  


Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday April 20th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Tom E. Morris Sports Complex. Free to the community! Plenty of parking at the baseball fields.

Cinco De Mayo Fiesta May 4th at Jess Lucas Park 680 S. Central Ave, Hapeville from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. Join us for food, music and much more!

Memorial Day Service on Monday May 27, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Hoyt Smith Center. 

Father Daughter Dance Saturday June 15th from 5 p.m. -7 p.m. at the Hoyt Smith Center. Tickets for Fathers are $10 each and daughters are Free! 

Movies Under the Stars!:Join us for this family friendly outdoor movie night series!  The movies will be shown at Jess Lucas Park on June 21st and July 19th, 2019. At each movie night event there will be concessions, DJ fun and a moon-walk at 7:30 p.m. the movies start at dusk! Rain location: Hoyt Smith Center.
