Basic Rental (4-hour minimum):

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $300.00

Weekends (Friday-Saturday): $600.00

Extended Hour Packages (6-hour rental):

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $600.00

Weekends (Friday-Saturday): $950.00

Additional Services:

Additional Hours: $100/hour (weekdays), $175/hour (weekends)

Setup (Tables & Chairs): $50.00

Alcohol Fee: $50.00/hour

Video/Projector Equipment Rental: $75.00

PA System Rental: $75.00

• Deposit: All groups are required to provide a deposit of $175. Deposits are refunded in part or whole upon inspection of the facility at the conclusion of the reservation.

  Deposit refunds are issued by the City of Hapeville and should be received after inspection of rented area. If the deposit does not cover the cost of damages, a bill will be issued for the balance. Failure to pay for additional costs within a 30 day period will result in denied future reservation requests and a referral of accounts for legal collection.
