Responsibilities
The Water and Sewer Division is responsible for maintaining all water and sewer lines throughout the City. Water, sewer, and meter repairs are handled through this division.

Proof of ownership or lease, state-issued photo id, and deposit are required for all new accounts. Accounts will not be opened if any piece of required documentation is missing. Please click here for utility rates.
It is the City of Hapeville Water Department’s responsibility to maintain water mains and water service lines from the main up to (including) the water meter. The water service line from the meter to the property is the property owner's responsibility. More Information (PDF)
