1. Persons with information about a crime, or the whereabouts of a wanted criminal can call our 24hr, non-emergency line at (404) 669-2111. You do not have to give your name and can provide information anonymously.

2. Callers will be forwarded to the appropriate contact in our Criminal Investigations Division.

3. You may also leave your tip in the space provided below. The information you provide is securely transmitted to The Hapeville Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division for review. No email address, username, or internet service provider information is collected or shared with the police. Your online submission remains completely anonymous-just as if you had made a phone call.

How to Submit a Commendation or Complaint

1. If you wish to would like to submit a commendation or file a complaint, you can call The Hapeville Police Department at (404) 669-6111. You do not have to give your name and can submit your commendation or complaint anonymously.

2. Callers will be forwarded to the appropriate contact. You do not have to give your name, just your information.

3. You may also leave your commendation or complaint in the space provided below. This information is electronically sent to the Office of the Chief of Police and his Command Staff for review and follow-up as appropriate. You may choose to include your contact information or remain anonymous. All commendations and complaints are handled with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
